Artistic Consultant

Primary responsibility: Choreographer(Dance)

Qualifications: Must be able to develop a dance program for gifted and talented students. Have a degree in dance or three years experience as a choreographer. Employee must be able to come up with high quality routines on short notice for shows. Must be able to adapt and handle various situations. He/She needs to have knowledge of more than one style of dance and an extended knowledge of music.

Artistic Consultant

Primary responsibility: Choreographer(Stepping)

Qualifications: Must be able to develop award winning step-shows. Must have three years experience as a stepmaster or advanced in stepping. Must be able to come up with high quality and skillful routines on short notice for shows. Must be able to adapt and handle various situations. This Consultant will need to have stage presence and knowledge of how to choreograph.

Master Consultant

Primary responsibility: Performing

Qualifications: Employee must be able to learn high quality and skillful routines on short notice. Must be able to adapt and handle various situations. This Consultant will need to have stage presence and knowledge of how to perform choreography. He/She needs to have knowledge of more than one style of dance and an extended knowledge of music. Must have the ability to perform theatre and have excellent verbal skills. Must have experience in applied voice, be an experienced operatic performer and soloist, or have three to four years of singing experience on a high-quality level.

Dancers/Steppers

Dancer

Qualifications: Having a degree in dance or three years experience as a dancer preferred. However, we are willing to work with talented individuals. Must be able to adapt and handle various situations. He/She needs to have knowledge of more than one style of dance with an extended knowledge of music.

 Stepper

Qualifications: Having a degree in performing arts, dance, or African dance is preferred. However, we are willing to work with talented individuals. If none of those apply he/she must have three years of stepping experience. Must be able to perform high quality and skillful routines on short notice for shows. Must be able to adapt and handle various situations.

Actors/Singers

Actor

Qualifications: Preferred BA in theater or three years of experience is preferred. However, we are willing to work with talented individuals. Performers need have charisma and excellent verbal skills. Must be able to adapt and handle various situations.

Singer

Qualifications: Three to four years of singing experience on a high quality level is preferred. However, we are willing to work with talented individuals.

Program assistant

Primary responsibility: Administrative Intern

Qualifications: Must be able to multitask. Have great written and vocabulary skills. Also, must posses a great personality and be able to work well with others. Have a B.A. degree or a high school diploma with at least two years of experience. The applicant must have a strong interest and some knowledge of the entertainment business.

Operation Manager

Operation Manager

Qualifications: The person for this position need to be competent and able to articulate. Able to set up travel, set up meetings via zoom with people in the entertainment industry such as but not limited to: artists, labels, actors, celebrities, and producers. Capable of researching venues in designated cities for pricing and as well as booking for tours or showcases. Have the ability of to send professional correspondence and make sure deadlines are met.

Qualifications: The individuals must be dedicated, customer-friendly, and able to articulate. The candidate must be social media savvy, have strong communication skills for business emails, have an interest in entertainment (music, theater, writing, choreography, dance), have travel flexibility, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and respectful and trustworthy.

Community Relations Rep

Community Relations Rep

Qualifications: Share Phi Entertainment updates with the community. Be able to organize events to engage different cities. Manage social media content, create eye-catching flyers, be able to articulate, and handle public relations and press releases.
